A meeting of the top leaders of the five-party ruling coalition is being held at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar this morning.
The meeting will be held at the secretariat of CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'.
